1. How AI Is Used
Memryze offers an AI Query feature that summarizes and answers questions using your own notes and selected metadata. AI does not replace professional advice and may produce inaccurate outputs.
2. What Is Sent to AI Providers
- Your question text.
- Relevant note excerpts selected by retrieval logic.
- Limited contextual metadata needed to generate a response.
3. Model-Agnostic Provider Approach
Memryze may use one or more AI providers over time (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS, or equivalent enterprise providers) to deliver the same feature set. Provider changes do not change your ownership of note content.
4. Data Protection Controls
- Your data is encrypted while it's sent to our AI provider.
- Our AI provider is contractually bound to handle your data only as we've instructed.
- We never use your private note data for ad targeting.
- If you ask the same question twice in a short window, we may briefly reuse the answer so it comes back faster — it's not kept long-term.
5. User Responsibilities
- Do not submit confidential third-party data without proper rights and consent.
- Validate important outputs before making financial, legal, medical, or safety decisions.
- Report harmful, unsafe, or clearly incorrect outputs to support.
